Primary Care Services
Primary Care - New Patient Appointment (45 Min)
Andrea will go over your intake questionnaires prior to your visit and then meet with you to talk further about your concerns and goals. You may be asked to provide additional information such as previous labs or visit notes from previous appointments to gain a more complete picture of your current state of health.
All new patients to RMHP must complete this initial intake appointment (generally telehealth) in order to establish care with Andrea.

Primary Care - Annual Wellness Visit + (45 - 60 Min)
Our Annual Wellness Visit is a comprehensive, 45-60 min appointment that goes beyond a routine physical. In addition to preventive care and health maintenance, we address active or complex medical concerns, review labs, and develop personalized plans of care. When medical evaluation and management extend beyond preventive services, additional visit codes may be billed in accordance with standard medical guidelines.
