Step One: Establish Care
Andrea begins with a patient intake/establish care appointment (generally a Telehealth appointment) during which she will be collecting information from you. It is essentially an in-depth health history interview that will take place during a telemedicine visit. This is required of all adult patients establishing care with Andrea at her practice. This visit will take approximately 45 minutes.
Step Two: Diagnostic Testing
Following the Establish Care visit, any labs or other diagnostic testing that may be needed will be ordered, and when those results are returned, they will be reviewed by Andrea in preparation for a second, in-person visit.
Step Three: In-Person Exam & Care Plan Development
You will return for a second visit to discuss lab and test results and establish a care plan. This second visit will be in-person at our clinic in Nampa and will also include an annual physical exam. This visit will take approximately 1 hour.
